Insurance

We accept most insurances and are a provider for Delta Dental and United Concordia. Please be aware that insurance usually doesn’t cover 100 percent of treatment, and the remaining balance is your responsibility. 

Other Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash and personal checks. 

Third-Party Financing

We are pleased to accept CareCredit, which is America’s leading healthcare financing program. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card to help and your family with your wellness expenses. It allows you to pay for the cost of treatment in full by making simple monthly payments to CareCredit. You can use it for any member of your family without going through the application process again.

CareCredit extends special financing offers that are not available using traditional credit cards. Low- and no-interest financing is available. It’s easy to apply online, and you’ll get an approval response within minutes. We are happy to help you with the application process.

For emergency services, we leave time in our schedule so that we can see you on the same day you call us. We’ll do everything we can in that appointment to eliminate any pain you are in and to provide needed treatment, when possible. If necessary, we will make a follow-up appointment when additional treatment is recommended.

On a day-to-day basis, we do our best to run on time all day, so you should spend very little time in our waiting area. We realize your time is important, so we do our best to see you at your appointed time.

We schedule plenty of time to spend with every patient to ensure no one ever feels rushed. We believe that patient education is crucial to having good oral health, so we are always happy to take as much time as needed to answer questions or demonstrate good oral home care. If you have questions, we recommend that you write them down to bring along to your appointment so that you don’t forget anything.

Important items to have on hand when you come to your appointment include the following:

  • Photo identification card
  • Health insurance card
  • Medical history, including surgeries
  • Prescription list, including dosages
  • Payment method for services
  • List of questions
  • Past x-rays, if applicable

If it’s your first appointment with us, you can download the new patient forms from our website and fill them out at your convenience; just be sure to bring them along with you. If you don’t do the paperwork ahead of time, we ask that you come to your appointment a bit early and you can fill them out at our office.

If you are here for an examination and teeth cleaning, you can expect the following to take place:

  • Tooth-by-tooth exam
  • Gum health evaluation
  • Oral cancer screening of the soft tissues of the mouth
  • Treatment recommendations, as needed
  • Professional teeth cleaning

You will see our hygienist, who will clean your teeth, as well as Dr. Lee J. Martin, who will conduct the examination. He will also talk to you about any recommended treatment.

If it’s been a while since your last dental appointment, you can count on us to be a judgment-free practice. We can’t change the past, but we can set you up for a future of better oral health!
